On 09/19/1995 and based on the chairman
of the Joint Chiefs of Staff’s order, the institute was established.

On 02/03/1996 and under the auspices of
the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The JAF Institute was opened.
3.
On 17/9/2006, the Computer Training
Institute was renamed the Information Technology Institute.

ITTI located in the Royal Military Academy in
Zerqa.
5.
ITTI consists of two buildings

The first building contains 3 classrooms and testing hall.

The second building contains three halls, one for training special
courses (CCNA), and another for training and testing (ICDL), and the last one
is used for IT graphic design courses.
6.
There is a private room for graduation events,
administrative offices, and warehouse and maintenance workshop.
